雷火灸联合针刺补法对气虚血瘀型中风后失眠及血清IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析雷火灸联合针刺补法对气虚血瘀型中风后失眠及血清白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法选取2016年9月至2019年9月南京中药大学附属盐城市中医院收治的气虚血瘀型中风后失眠患者66例,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各33例。对照组给予针刺补法治疗,研究组则联合雷火灸治疗,治疗周期均为30 d。比较2组治疗后临床效果及治疗前后血清IL-6、TNF-α水平和失眠情况。结果研究组治疗有效率96.97%高于对照组81.82%(P<0.05);与治疗前比,治疗后2组血清IL-6、TNF-α水平及卒中量表(NIHSS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸联合针刺补法可通过调节血清IL-6、TNF-α水平有效改善气虚血瘀型患者的失眠症状,提高睡眠质量,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture on insomnia and serum IL-6,TNF-α levels after stroke of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis.Methods A total of 66 cases of insomnia patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis after stroke admitted to yancheng hospital of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated to nanjing university of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2016 to September 2019 were selected.The control group was treated with acupuncture and tonic therapy,while the research group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion therapy.The treatment period was 30 days.The clinical effect,serum il-6 and TNF-levels and insomnia before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the research group was 96.97%higher than that of the control group 81.82%(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,serum IL-6,TNF-α levels and NIHSS,PSQI and SDS scores all decreased after treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture therapy combined with ray fire moxibustion can effectively improve the insomnia symptoms of patients with qi-deficiency and blood stasis by regulating serum IL-6,TNF-α levels,improve the sleep quality,so it is worth promoting.
