宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果观察

摘　　要：目的讨论宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉的有效性。方法选取2015年7月至2019年7月昆山市第四人民医院收治的子宫内膜息肉患者60例,按治疗方式分为对照组(n=30)和实验组(n=30),对照组行传统刮宫术治疗,实验组行宫腔镜电切术治疗,针对2组患者取得的治疗效果进行分析。结果实验组患者的手术时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,并发症的发生率及子宫内膜厚度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗前月经量和对照组无明显差异,治疗后月经量显著少于对照组及差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者雌激素受体和孕激素受体的表达高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论接受宫腔镜电切术的子宫内膜息肉患者取得的效果较好,宫腔镜电切术能够明显缩短患者的手术时间及住院时间,术中出血量显著减少,且并发症的发生情况较少,安全性较高。Objective To discuss the effectiveness of hysteroscopic resection for endometrial polyps.Methods Totally 60 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Kunshan City from July 2015 to July 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(n=30)and the experimental group(n=30)according to the treatment method.The group underwent traditional curettage curettage,the experimental group underwent hysteroscopic resection,and the treatment effects obtained by the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results The duration of operation and hospitalization of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the incidence of complications and endometrial thickness were lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of menstruation before treatment in the experimental group was not significantly different from that in the control group,and the amount of menstruation after treatment was significantly less than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The results obtained by patients with endometrial polyps who underwent hysteroscopic electrotomy were better.Hysteroscope electrotomy can significantly shorten the operation time and hospital stay of patients,significantly reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,and have complications Occurrence is less and the security is higher.
