摘　　要：总结了全棉色织经起花织物的生产要点。介绍了色纱排列和织物上机图,阐述了络筒、整经、浆纱、穿经、织造等工序的工艺流程。织造时选用GA747型剑杆织机,双轴织造,采用“早开口、晚进剑、早退剑”工艺,以减少断疵、纬缩等布边疵点;调低后梁高度,增大花经综框动程,有助于形成清晰梭口。总结了生产中的注意事项,优化工艺,开发出质量较好的经起花面料。The key points in the production of yam-dyed extra warp fabrics are summarizd.The arrangement of dyed yam and design paper are introduced.The process of winding,waiping,sizing,drawing-in and weaving are described.When weaving with GA747 rapier loom is selected using double-axis,and the process of“early opening,late entry sword,early retreat sword”is dopted to reduce the defects of the broken edge,weft contraction,etc.;the height of the back rest is lowered and the movement of the extra warp through the frame increases,to help form a clear shedding.The points of attention in production are summarized and the process is optimized,and warp fabric with good quality is developed.
