摘 要:目的探讨水杨酸麻黄碱对小鼠皮层脑电活动的影响。方法将40只小鼠随机分为4组,分别在腹腔注射水杨酸麻黄碱25、50、100 mg/kg和生理盐水,采用电生理学方法测定小鼠脑皮层电图总功率、δ主波频率及频率分配,分析水杨酸麻黄碱对其变化的影响。结果水杨酸麻黄碱在25、50、100 mg/kg剂量组对脑电总功率未见有明显影响。水杨酸麻黄碱100 mg/kg剂量组在给药后15 min时,δ+θ频段之和占总功率的比例升高(P<0.05),α+β频段之和占总功率的比例降低(P<0.05)。水杨酸麻黄碱50 mg/kg剂量组在给药后15~30 min时,δ+θ频段之和占总功率的比例升高(P<0.05),α+β频段之和占总功率的比例降低(P<0.05)。50、100 mg/kg剂量组小鼠脑皮层电图主波频率在15、120 min升高(P<0.05)。水杨酸麻黄碱25 mg/kg可使小鼠脑皮层电图主波频率升高(P<0.05),在给药后120 min时δ+θ频段之和占总功率的比例降低(P<0.05),α+β频段之和占总功率的比例升高(P<0.05)。结论与麻黄碱相比,水杨酸麻黄碱对中枢神经的兴奋性降低。Objective To investigate the effects of Ephedrine Salicylate on Electrocorticogram(ECoG) in mice.Methods Fouty mice were randomly divided into four group. They were intraperitoneally injected with 25,50,100 mg/kg of ephedrine salicylate and normal saline respectively. The total power,document frequency and frequency distribution were measured by the ECoG.Result The total power was not changed in Ephedrine Salicylate(25,50,100 mg/kg) treated group. Compared with normal saline group,the sum of α wave and β wave in the Ephedrine Salicylate(50 and 100 mg/kg) treated group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),meanwhile the sum of δ wave and θ wave was increased(P<0.05). The main wave frequency of electrocorticogram of mice in 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg dose groups increased in 15 min and 120 min(P<0.05). Ephedrine salicylate(25 mg/kg) increased the frequency of main wave of ECoG in mice(P<0.05). The proportion of δ + θ frequency band in total power decreased(P<0.05),and the proportion of α + β frequency band in total power increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Ephedrine,excitability of Ephedrine salicylate is decreased on central nervous system.
