彩南油田污水处理系统运行现状及改进

摘　　要：针对目前彩南油田污水处理后净化水的含油和含悬浮物指标不能满足回注标准Q/SY XJ0039-2001《彩南油田注水水质标准》的问题,对该站污水处理系统运行现状进行了调查。文章对已建污水站来水水量、水质及现场主要设备存在的问题:水量增大,系统处理能力不足;水质变化,处理工艺不能适应水质处理要求等问题,进行了针对性的分析研究。提出了今后改进的建议:建议考虑两级过滤设计,并采用新型滤料,同时做好过滤前水质监测,保证来水水质满足设计要求;加强维护管理,定期反洗等工作;建议结合新疆油田处理效果好的污泥离心脱水技术,开展室内药剂筛选,为污泥减量化设计工作提供依据。In view of the current problem that the oily and suspended solids of purified water in the Cainan Oilfield cannot meet the re-injection standard "Water Injection Water Quality Standard of Cainan Oilfield"(Q/SY XJ0039-2001),the current status of the sewage treatment system was investigated.In this paper,the targeted analysis and research on the problems of water,water quality and main equipment in the sewage station have been carried out,and suggestions for future improvement are proposed:it is recommended to use the two-stage filtration and new filter materials,with accurately monitoring the pre-filter water quality to ensure the incoming water quality meets the design requirements;strengthen maintenance management,backwashing regularly;it is also recommended to combine the centrifugal dewatering technology of sludge in Xinjiang Oilfield,and carry out indoor chemical screening,which can provide a basis for the sludge reduction design work.
