Expert Consensus on Treatment of Recovery Period of COVID-19 by Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shandong Province

摘　　要：为有效改善新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)恢复期患者症状、促进出院后身心健康的全面恢复,山东中医药学会肺系病专业委员会、山东省医师协会中医肺系病医师分会组织专家,制定了"中医药调治新冠肺炎恢复期专家共识"。其以中医经典为理论基础,从中药调护、中医外治、饮食疗法、调畅情志4个方面进行论述。中药调护从肺脾两虚、气阴两虚、肺肾两虚3个证型入手,以健脾益气养阴补肾为总体治则;外治法有穴位按摩、艾灸、佩戴辟瘟香囊等;饮食上患者可辨证选择薄荷梨粥、枣麦粥、大枣百合薏苡仁粥、二白汤、益气健体茶等食用;加强情志疏导,正确引导,鼓励患者树立积极乐观的心态。In order to effectively improve the symptoms of patients with COVID-19 and promote the overall recovery of physical and mental health after discharge,The Committee of Pulmonary Diseases,Shandong Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and The Lung Department of the Shandong Medical Association,Shandong Medical Association,organized experts to compose the Consensus by Experts on The Recovery Period of Traditional Chinese Medicine Regulating and Treating COVID-19. This consensus is based on the classic of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),gives a detailed explanation from four aspects,i.e.,TCM care,TCM external treatment,diet therapy and regulating mood. There are three syndrome types,lung and spleen deficiency,qi and yin deficiency,and lung and kidney deficiency,and invigorating spleen,supplementing qi,nourishing yin,and tonifying kidney are the overall treatment principle;external treatment methods inlclude acupoint massage,moxibustion,and wearing the evil dispelling sachet. On the diet,patients could choose peppermint pear porridge,jujube wheat porridge,jujube lily coix seed porridge,Erbai decoction(二白汤),Yiqi Jianti tea(益气健体茶) and so on;emotional regulation should be strengthened,and patients should be guided and encouraged to establish positive and optimistic attitudes.
