川芎嗪对心脑血管疾病的作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：川芎嗪是中药川芎的功能成分之一,诸多实验和临床应用证实川芎嗪有活血化瘀作用,在心脑血管疾病的治疗中具有明显效果。通过总结大量国内外文献,从川芎嗪阻滞钙离子通道、抑制血管平滑肌过度增殖、清除自由基、抑制血小板凝集、抗炎5个方面对其治疗心脑血管疾病的作用机制进行综述,为川芎嗪的开发和应用提供依据。参考文献34篇。Ligustrazine is one of the functional components in Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma). In many experiments and clinical applications it has been proved that ligustrazine has the effect of activating blood and resolving stasis,with obvious effect in the treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. In this article the mechanism of ligustrazine in the treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases was reviewed from five aspects based on the domestic and foreign literatures:calcium channel blockade,inhibiting excessive proliferation of vascular smooth muscle,scavenging oxygen free radicals,inhibition of platelet aggregation and anti-inflammation.It provides a basis for the development and application of ligustrazine. There are 34 papers cited as references.
