摘　　要：简要介绍了新型除渣设备HRVC和OPTIFIL自动反冲洗模组的原理和功能,并对其滤布精度选用进行了分析。同传统的悬液分离器+磁性过滤器组合相比,HRVC和OPTtFlL具有自动化集成高、设备占地空间小、除渣效率高、投资成本低、操作维护方便等优势,可作为前处理除渣设备首选之一。In this paper,the principle and function of HRVC and OPTIFIL automatic backwash module is briefly introduced.The selection of filter cloth of HRVC and OPTIFIL is studied.Compared with the traditional suspension separator and magnetic filter combination,HRVC and OPTIFIL have the advantages of high automation integration,small equipment space,high slag removal efficiency,low investment cost,easy operation and maintenance,and can be used as one of the preferred pre-treatment slag removal equipment.
