摘　　要：介绍了汽车涂装车间前处理和电泳摆杆线调试过程中出现的问题及解决方法,主要针对摆杆的入口交接、出口交接、摆杆变频器电流检测、摆杆双链的同步检测、链条张紧装置等问题提出了合理的解决方法比较了同行业摆杆的不同推车机构的优缺点,给出了其适用的范围。The problems and solutions in the process of pre-treatment and electrophoretic swinging debugging in automobile painting workshop are introduced.Aiming at the entrance of the swing rod handover,export transition,current transducer,rocker synchronous detection of double chain,the c hain tensioner and some problems,a reasonable solution are put forward.The advantages and disadvantages of different pushers in the same industry are compared,and the scope of application is given.
