摘 要:受到深水恶劣海洋环境的影响,海底石油管道在弯曲、轴向拉力以及静水压力的组合作用下,可能会发生屈曲。以S型海底管道铺设为研究对象,探究了在铺设管道时其受压的一侧可能会发生屈曲的问题。结合海底管道发生屈曲的理论,计算出了复合管道在成型压力作用下的过盈量。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench模拟了复合管的过盈,并对复合管道升离点、反弯点和触地点的屈曲情况进行了分析和模拟,将分析结果与由校核准则公式计算所得结果进行了对比,结果表明,在复合管道的铺设过程中不会发生屈曲。Due to the severe deep-water marine environment,the submarine oil pipeline may buckle under the combined action of bending,axial tension and hydrostatic pressure.Taking the S-type submarine pipeline as the research object,this paper studies the problem that buckling may occur on the compressed side of the pipeline when laying pipe.To study the above problems,the interference of the composite pipeline under the forming pressure is calculated based on the buckling theory of the submarine pipeline.Using ANSYS Workbench,the interference of composite pipe is simulated,in addition,the buckling of lift-off point,reverse bending point and contact point of composite pipeline is analyzed and simulated,then the results are compared with those calculated by the formula of the proofreading rule,and the results show that no buckling would occur during the process of composite pipes laying.
