摘  要:基于实际使用情况,对传统NGWN(Ⅰ)型行星齿轮结构进行了改进。为了保证改进后结构在运动过程中的稳定性,在SolidWorks软件中建立齿轮系统三维模型,采用ADAMS虚拟样机技术进行运动学和动力学仿真。通过仿真曲线结果可以获得齿轮的角速度和各啮合齿轮间接触力,验证了改进型行星传动的正确性,为NGWN型行星齿轮强度分析和动态特性优化设计提供理论参考。This paper improves the traditional NGWN(Ⅰ)planetary gear structure based on actual use.In order to ensure stability of the improved structure during movement,a three-dimensional model of the gear system is established in the SolidWorks software,and the ADAMS virtual prototype technology is used for kinematics and dynamics simulation.Through the simulation curve results,the angular velocity of the gear and the contact force between the meshing gears can be obtained,which verifies the correctness of the improved planetary transmission and provides theoretical guidance for the strength analysis and dynamic characteristic optimization design of the NG WN planetary gear.
