近5届奥运会中国女子体操队成绩特征分析

摘　　要：为探究我国女子体操队的成绩特点及发展趋势,为女子体操队备战2020年东京奥运会提供理论依据。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法、对比分析法等研究方法,对近5届奥运会我国女子体操队的成绩数据进行统计分析得出:(1)中国女子体操队在近5届奥运会中总成绩位于第4位,每一届都有奖牌获得,世界女子竞技体操呈现“四国鼎立”之势且竞争越来越激烈;(2)我国女子体操运动员的优势年龄为16、17和20岁,运动员主要来自华北、华南、华东、华中地区,南方人数量要远远多于北方人数量;(3)中国女子体操队在获奖牌总数及获金牌数上的变化都是呈“峰”形;(4)高低杠、平衡木属于优势项目,女子团体、个人全能属于潜优势项目,跳马、自由体操属于劣势项目;不管是优势项目还是潜优势项目在近5届奥运会上的表现都很不稳定,竞技实力还有待巩固加强;(5)优势项目应采取加强专项力量训练、紧跟技术潮流、紧抓弱势技术等策略继续保持优势,劣势项目应采取科学选材和提高动作质量和突破难度动作协调共进等策略改变落后的局面。To explore the performance characteristics and development trend of Chinese women's gymnastics team,and provide theoretical basis for the preparation of women's gymnastics team for the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020.By using the methods of documentation,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the results of the Chinese women's gymnastics team in the past five Olympic Games.It is concluded that:(1)The total results of the Chinese women's gymnastics team in the past five Olympic Games are in the fourth place,with medals won in each session and women's competitions in the world.Gymnastics shows the trend of“four countries stand together”and the competition is becoming more and more fierce;(2)the dominant age of female gymnasts in China is 16,17 and 20 years old.The athletes mainly come from North China,South China,East China and Central China,and the number of people in South China is much larger than that in North China;(3)the total number of medals and gold medals won by Chinese women gymnastics team;(4)Uneven bars and balance beam are dominant events,women's team and individual all-round belong to potential superiority events,and vault and floor exercise belong to disadvantage events.The performance of both dominant and potential superiority events in the past five Olympic Games is very unstable,and the competitive strength needs to be consolidated.Strength;(5)Advantage projects should continue to maintain their advantages by strengthening special strength training,keeping up with the trend of technology and grasping the disadvantaged technology.Disadvantage projects should adopt strategies such as scientific selection of materials,improving the quality of action and breaking through the difficulty of coordination and progress to change the backward situation.
