摘 要:目的:剖析中药姜黄在实验性糖尿病大鼠血管病变中的应用价值。方法:以50只清洁级SD大鼠为研究对象,其中30只糖尿病大鼠为试验组,20只健康大鼠为对照组。检测各组血栓素与前列腺素的稳定代谢产物,并对其检测结果进行分析比较。结果:试验组ET、6-酮-PGF1α、TXB2水平和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量组6-酮-PGF1α水平比低剂量组高,TXB2和ET水平比低剂量组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用中药姜黄不仅能够有效降低TXB2与ET水平,还能提高6-酮-RGF1α水平,降低糖尿病血管病变发生风险。Objective:To analyze the application value of traditional Chinese medicine turmeric in the treatment of vascular lesions in experimental diabetic rats.Methods:50 cleaning class SD rats were studied,among them,30 diabetic rats were as experimental group and 20 healthy rats were as control group.The stable metabolites of thromboxane and prostaglandin in each group were detected and the test results were analyzed and compared.Results:The levels of ET,6-ketone-PGF1αand TXB2 in the two groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6-ketone-PGF1αlevels in high-dose group was higher than in low-dose groups,TXB2 and ET levels were lower than in low-dose groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Herbal turmeric cannot only reduce the levels of TXB2 and ET,but also increase the level of 6-ketone-PGF1αand reduce the risk of diabetic vascular lesions.
