局部和全身应用激素治疗突发性耳聋耳鸣的近期疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较局部和全身应用激素治疗突发性耳聋耳鸣的近期疗效。方法:2016年6月-2018年12月收治突发性耳聋耳鸣患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。A组接受地塞米松静脉滴注治疗;B组接受地塞米松鼓室注射治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:A组总有效率显著低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:局部应用激素治疗突发性耳聋耳鸣近期效果理想,安全性高。Objective:To compare the short-term effect of local and systemic hormone therapy on sudden deafness and tinnitus.Methods:60 patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus were selected from June 2016 to December 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The group A received intravenous dexamethasone,the group B received dexamethasone tympanum injection.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the group A was significantly lower than that of the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Local application of hormone in the treatment of sudden deafness and tinnitus has good short-term effect and high safety.
