基于微信平台的延续性护理应用于老年前列腺癌根治术患者出院后的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于微信平台的延续性护理应用于老年前列腺癌根治术患者出院后的可行性及应用效果。方法:选取2017年9月-2018年12月接受腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治性切除术老年患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上实施基于微信平台的延续性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组尿失禁发生率、焦虑及抑郁评分均显著低于对照组,且生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年前列腺癌根治术出院后患者实施基于微信平台的延续性护理,可有效降低术后患者尿失禁发生率,改善患者不良情绪,有助于提高患者术后生活质量。Objective:To explore the feasibility and application effect of continuous nursing after discharge based on WeChat platform for elderly patients underwent radical prostatectomy.Methods:From September 2017 to December 2018,68 elderly patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group carried out continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The prevalence of urinary incontinence,the anxiety and depression score in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group and the quality of life score was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuous nursing based on WeChat platform can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence and improve the bad mood of patients after radical prostatectomy,which is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients after operation.
