摘　　要：目的:观察术前胃肠道护理干预对肠道术后患者肠道排气的作用。方法:选取2017年7月-2018年9月行胃肠手术患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。观察组采用术前胃肠道护理;对照组采用常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术后肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及排便时间均短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予胃肠手术患者术前胃肠道护理,能减少排气时间,促进肠鸣音恢复,缩短排便时间,且不良反应发生率低。Objective:To observe the effect of preoperative gastrointestinal nursing intervention on intestinal exhaust in patients after gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:From July 2017 to September 2018,76 patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgery were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.The observation group was given preoperative gastrointestinal nursing.The control group was given conventional nursing.The nursing efficacy between two groups was compared.Results:After surgery,the anal exhaust time,the bowel sound recovery time and the defecation time in the observation group were shorter than in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative gastrointestinal nursing for patients with gastrointestinal surgery can reduce the time of exhaust,promote the recovery of bowel sounds,shorten the time of defecation and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
