探讨护理风险管理在泌尿外科高龄手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究护理风险管理在泌尿外科高龄手术患者中的应用效果。方法:2018年11月-2019年3月收治泌尿外科接受手术治疗的高龄患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。B组实施常规护理;A组使用护理风险管理。比较两组护理后风险事件发生情况及生存质量的改善情况。结果:A组护理后风险事件发生率显著低于B组,A组生活质量改善情况显著优于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对接受手术治疗的泌尿外科高龄患者实施护理风险管理,有利于提升患者生活质量,对于帮助患者在术后减少受到风险事件的影响也有积极帮助,临床护理效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of nursing risk management in elderly patients undergoing urological surgery.Methods:200 elderly patients who received surgical treatment outside the urinary tract were selected from November 2018 to March 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 100 cases in each group.The group B was given routine nursing,the group A used nursing risk management.The occurrence of risk events and the improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of risk events after nursing in the group A was significantly lower than that in the group B.The improvement of quality of life in the group A was significantly better than that in the group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nursing risk management for elderly patients in urology who received surgical treatment is conducive to improving the quality of life,and it is also helpful to help patients reduce the impact of risk events after surgery.The clinical nursing effect is significant.
