延续性护理管理在肺结核患者出院后的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨延续性护理管理在肺结核患者出院后的应用效果。方法:2017年6月-2019年6月收治肺结核患者104例,按不同护理方法分为两组,各52例。观察组接受延续性护理管理;对照组接受常规护理管理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者生存质量各项评分及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理管理在肺结核患者出院后的应用效果较好,能够有效提高护理管理质量,提高患者对护理工作的评价。Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous nursing management on patients with pulmonary tuberculosis after discharge.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,104 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups with 52 cases in each group.The observation group received continuous nursing management;the control group received routine nursing management.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the scores of patients'quality of life and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of continuous nursing management on patients with pulmonary tuberculosis after discharge is better,it can effectively improve the quality of nursing management and improve patients'evaluation for nursing work.
