摘 要:根据某型共轨系统电控喷油器设计需求和电磁铁接口参数,进行高速电磁铁结构参数初步设计。运用专业电磁仿真软件ANSYS-Maxwell进行电磁铁多参数优化仿真,确定优化后的电磁铁结构参数。最后开展电磁铁运动过程瞬态仿真,仿真结果表明:优化后的电磁铁电磁力提升了15~20 N,响应时间缩短了0.1 ms,可满足该电控喷油器设计需求。According to the design requirements of the electronically controlled injector on a common rail system and the interface parameters of the electromagnet, the preliminary design of the structural parameters of the high-speed electromagnet is carried out. The multi-parameter optimization simulation of the electromagnet was carried out using the professional electromagnetic simulation software ANSYS-Maxwell to determine the optimized electromagnet structure parameters. Finally, the transient simulation of the electromagnet motion process was carried out. The result shows that the optimized electromagnetic force of the electromagnet is increased by 15~20 N, and the response time reduced by 0.1 ms. This design structure can meet the design requirements of the electronically controlled injector.
