济柴某型电控多点喷射系统天然气机组试验研究

摘　　要：为满足油田钻井动力对天然气发电机组的需求,提高天然气发电机组对冲击性负载的适应性,济柴开发了某型基于电控多点喷射系统的天然气发电机组。本文就济柴外混式进气系统与电控多点电喷系统的天然气发电机组的试验进行了配置,对试验台架进行了设计,就两种进气系统的单机性能对比试验、机组瞬态性能对比试验、机组综合性能对比试验进行了试验研究。In order to meet the demand of oil field drilling power for natural gas generator set, to improve the adaptability of natural gas generator set to impact load, Jichai developed a natural gas generator set based on electronic control multi-point injection system. This paper configures the natural gas generator test of Jichai external mixed air intake system and electronic control multi-point injection system, designs the test-bed. The performance comparison test of single machine, transient performance comparison test and comprehensive performance comparison test of the two air intake systems are studied.
