育龄妇女宫颈癌术后心理弹性与生活质量的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨育龄妇女宫颈癌术后心理弹性与生活质量的相关性,并针对提高生活质量提出相应预防护理措施。方法选取我院2016年3月至2019年2月收治的79例育龄妇女行宫颈癌手术治疗的患者为研究对象,通过心理弹性量表和癌症患者生命质量测定量表评价患者的心理韧性和生活质量。结果Pearson相关性分析显示,育龄妇女宫颈癌患者术后坚韧、自强、乐观与躯体功能、角色功能、情感功能、认知功能、社会功能、总体健康状况、疲倦、恶心呕吐、疼痛、气促、失眠、食欲丧失、便秘、腹泻、经济困难、生活质量总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论育龄妇女宫颈癌术后心理弹性直接影响患者各方面生活质量,因此,护理人员应与患者和家属开展一系列护理措施,逐渐改善心理弹性,共建和谐家庭气氛。Objective To explore the correlation between postoperative psychological resilience and quality of life of the women of childbearing age with cervical cancer,and to put forward corresponding preventive nursing measures for improving quality of life.Methods We selected 79 cases of women of childbearing age who underwent cervical cancer surgery from March 2016 to February 2019 in our hospital as the study objects.The psychological resilience and the quality of life measurement scale of cancer patients were used to evaluate the patients'psychological resilience and quality of Life.Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that the postoperative toughness,self-improvement and optimism of the women of childbearing age with cervical cancer were positively correlated with the physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function,social function,general health,fatigue,nausea and vomiting,pain,shortness of breath,insomnia,loss of appetite,constipation,diarrhea,financial difficulties,and total quality of life scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The postoperative psychological resilience of women of childbearing age directly affected the quality of life of patients,therefore,nursing staff should carry out a series of nursing measures for patients and their families to gradually improve psychological resilience and build a harmonious family atmosphere.
