摘　　要：目的分析品管圈(QCC)活动对缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者康复锻炼自主参与率的影响。方法抽取我院2017年3—12月收治的60例缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,按照随机对照原则,将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施QCC活动,比较两组接受不同护理干预后的康复锻炼情况。结果研究组院内、外康复锻炼自主参与率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组Fugl-Meyer肢体运动功能评价法(FMA)评分和日常生活活动能力量表(Barthel指数)评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者实施QCC护理干预,可有效提高其院内康复锻炼自主参与率,有利于肢体功能恢复,促进患者回归正常生活和工作,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle(QCC)activity for the self-participation rate of rehabilitation exercise in patients with ischemic stroke and hemiplegia.Methods To extract 60 cases of patients with ischemic stroke and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from March to December 2017 as the study objecst.According to the principle of randomized control,they were divided into a study group and a control group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented QCC activities to compare the rehabilitation exercise of the two groups after receiving different nursing interventions.Results The self-participation rate of rehabilitation exercise in and out the hospital of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA)score and activities of daily living(Barthel index)score in the study group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of QCC nursing intervention for the patients with ischemic stroke and hemiplegia could effectively improve the self-participation rate of rehabilitation exercises in the hospital,which was conducive to the recovery of limb function and promotes the patients to return to normal life and work.Therefore,it has clinical promotion value.
