摘 要:目的探讨层级责任制下APN排班扁平管理模式对儿科护理人员的压力和应对方式的影响。方法将2017年7月至2018年7月作为改良前,2018年8月至2019年8月作为改良后,改良前实施层级责任制护理管理模式,改良后实施层级责任制下APN排班扁平管理模式,并分别采用护理工作者压力源量表和简易应对方式量表进行评估。结果改良后组压力源量表评分显著低于改良前(P<0.05)。改良后应对方式好于改良前(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理人员采用层级责任制下APN排班扁平管理模式,可有效缓解护理人员的压力,增强积极方式解决问题,提高护理人员工作质量和工作效率。Objective To explore the effect of APN scheduling flat management mode for the pediatric nursing staff's stress and coping style under the hierarchical responsibility system.Methods To take the scheduling from July 2017 to July 2018 as the pre-improvement,and August 2018 to August 2019 as the post-improvement.The hierarchical responsibility nursing management model before the improvement was implemented,and the APN scheduling flat management model under the hierarchical responsibility system after the improvement was implemented.And the nursing workers'stress source scale and simple coping style scale were used to evaluate the effect.Results The stress source scale score after the improvement was significantly lower than that before the improvement(P<0.05).The coping style after the improvement was better than that before the improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of APN scheduling flat management mode for pediatric nursing staff under the hierarchical responsibility system,which could effectively relieve the nursing staff's stress,enhance positive methods to solve problems,and improve the quality and efficiency of nursing staff.
