摘 要:应用多体动力学软件SIMPACK建立某时速160km/h的动车组拖车仿真模型,并施加德国"高干扰"作为轨道激扰,研究了两系悬挂参数对车辆运行平稳性的影响。研究表明:随着一系垂向阻尼值的增加,车辆垂向平稳性指标呈现出先减小后增大的趋势;随着二系横向阻尼值的增加,车辆横向平稳性指标呈现出先减小后增大的趋势;增大二系弹簧的水平刚度会使车辆的横向运行平稳性变差;增大二系弹簧垂向刚度会使车辆的垂向平稳性变差。A certain 160 km/h speed level intercity Electric Multiple Units(EMU)trailer simulation model is established by using the multi-body dynamic software SIMPACK.Choosing the German high-speed high interference spectrum as excitation,the influence of suspension parameters on vehicle stability are analyzed.The results show that the vertical riding comfort index is first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of primary vertical damping values.The lateral riding comfort index is first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of secondary lateral damping values;the lateral stability of vehicle gets worse when increasing the horizontal stiffness of secondary spring;and the vertical stability of vehicle gets worse when increasing the vertical stiffness of secondary spring.
