摘 要:目的:观察用植物永久性染发剂和氧化永久性染发剂对小鼠进行染毒处理对其精子计数和精子畸形率的影响。方法:将30只昆明种健康成年雄性小鼠随机分为植物永久性染发剂组、氧化永久性染发剂组和对照组,每组各10只小鼠。为植物永久性染发剂组小鼠、氧化永久性染发剂组小鼠分别用植物永久性染发剂、氧化永久性染发剂进行涂抹染毒。每隔2 d染毒1次,连续染毒7次。为对照组小鼠涂抹等量的凡士林。在首次染毒或涂抹凡士林后的第30 d,用颈椎脱臼法处死各组小鼠。然后检测并比较各组小鼠的精子畸形率和精子计数。结果:与对照组小鼠相比,植物永久性染发剂组小鼠和氧化永久性染发剂组小鼠精子的畸形率均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组小鼠的精子计数相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:用植物永久性染发剂和氧化永久性染发剂对小鼠进行染毒处理均会增加其精子的畸形率。objective:to observe the effects of plant permanent hair dye and oxidized permanent hair dye on the sperm count and sperm deformity rate of mice.Methods:30 healthy adult male kunming mice were randomly divided into plant permanent hair dye group,oxidation permanent hair dye group and control group,with 10 mice in each group.The mice in the plant permanent hair dye group and the mice in the oxidized permanent hair dye group were treated with plant permanent hair dye and oxidized permanent hair dye respectively.Once every 2 d,and 7 times continuously.The control mice were treated with the same amount of vaseline.Mice in each group were sacrificed by cervical dislocation on the 30th day after the first exposure to vaseline or vaseline.Then the sperm deformity rate and sperm count of each group were detected and compared.Results:compared with the control group,the sperm deformity rate of the mice in the plant permanent hair dye group and the oxidized permanent hair dye group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sperm count between the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:both plant permanent hair dye and oxidized permanent hair dye can increase the rate of sperm malformation in mice.
