摘  要:开关磁阻电机驱动系统(SRD)具有可靠性高、容错能力强等优点,但在运行过程中存在转矩脉动大的问题。针对此问题,该文研究了一种高效率开关磁阻电机(SRM)转矩脉动抑制方法。首先,基于SRM电感特性曲线构造一种简单的开通角选择函数,使SRM后一相在能跟踪转矩给定的同时避免相电流峰值过大。然后,根据前后两相的转矩电流比将换相区分为两个子区间,在相应子区间优先选择转矩电流比较大的相提供转矩,并在换相结束阶段提前关断前一相,避免较大的相电流进入负转矩区域,从而实现高效率转矩脉动抑制。最后,将该方法进行仿真以及硬件在环测试,结果验证了该方案的可行性。The switched reluctance motor drive system(SRD)is widely used due to its comparative high reliability and strong fault tolerance,but the large torque ripple is the major concern associated with it.To address the issue,a high efficiency torque ripple suppression method for the switched reluctance motor(SRM)is proposed.Firstly,based on the inductance characteristic curve of the SRM,a simple turn-on angles election function is constructed,making the incoming phase of SRM track the torque reference while avoiding excessive phase current peaks.Then,the commutation zone is divided into two sub-intervals according to the torque-ampere-ratio of the outgoing phase and the incoming phase,and the phase of larger torque-ampere-ratio is preferentially selected to provide torque in the corresponding sub-intervals.The outgoing phase is turned off in advance at the end of the commutation to avoid a large phase current from entering the negative torque region,thereby achieving high efficiency torque ripple suppression.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by the simulation and hardware-in-the-loop tests.
