摘　　要：本文介绍虞坚尔教授运用药对治疗儿科疾病的临床经验。龙胆-山慈菇清泻肝火、除湿消痰,治疗小儿阴虚火旺之乳疬;白鲜皮-地肤子清热利尿、除湿止痒,治疗湿毒内蕴之皮肤疮疡;煅龙骨-煅牡蛎镇惊安神、收敛固涩,治疗小儿肺脾气虚,肝郁火旺之夜惊、汗证;苦杏仁-桃仁化痰祛瘀、降气平喘,治疗小儿痰瘀互结之哮喘;益智仁-石菖蒲健脾补肾、涤痰开窍,治疗小儿脾肾亏虚,痰瘀阻滞之五迟、五软。并列举病案用以例证。This article introduced clinical experience of Professor Yu Jian’er in the treatment of various pediatric diseases using medicinal pairs. Professor Yu believes that Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma-Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus clears liver heat, removes dampness and phlegm, and can be used to treat premature thelarche of false heat due to yin deficiency syndrome;Dictamni Cortex-Kochiae Frustus clears heat and dampness, and can be used to treat skin sores due to accumulation of dampness and toxins;Os Draconis Ustum-Ostreae Concha Ustum settles and calms the spirit, and can be used to treat night terrors and generalized hyperhidrosis of lung and spleen deficiency and liver heat syndrome;Armeniacae Semen Amarum-Persicae Semen removes phlegm and blood stasis, and can be used to treat asthma due to accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis;Alpiniae Oxyphyliae Fructus-Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma tonifies the spleen and kidney, removes phlegm and opens the nerves, and can be used to treat developmental delay due to spleen and kidney deficiency and blood and phlegm stasis. Proven clinical cases were subsequently presented.
