金宇安运用对药角药临证经验

摘　　要：对药是2味药物的配伍形式,角药是将3味中药合理配伍。金宇安老师临证强调顾护脾胃、调畅气机,重视气血同治、阴阳平衡,处方擅长使用对药、角药,以达到药简力专、提高疗效目的。本文从寒热同施、通补并用、相须相使、润燥相依、通涩合用5类中药配伍的临床应用,总结归纳了金宇安老师的用药特点。Herbal pairs are the compatibility format of two kinds of Chinese materia medica, and combinations of three herbal medicines are reasonable compatibility of three kinds of Chinese materia medica. Professor Jin Yu’an emphasizes protecting spleen and stomach and regulating qi. Emphasis should be placed on the treatment of qi-blood and the balance of yin and yang. Professor Jin Yu’an is expert in using herbal pairs and combinations of three herbal medicines, in order to improve the therapeutic effect with simple medicine. This article summarized the clinical application of five kinds of TCM compatibility from the aspects of conjunctive use of cold and heat medicine, combining unobstructing and supplementing medicine, simultaneous use of two kinds of Chinese materia medica with the same efficacy, mutual use of moistening and drying medicine, and simultaneous use of catharsis and astringing medicine, and concluded medication characteristics of Professor Jin Yu’an.
