基于控制和承诺的安全管理量表的跨文化调试与信效度评价

摘　　要：[目的]对引进的基于控制和承诺的安全管理(CCSM)量表进行跨文化调试和信效度检验,为我国评价护士长安全管理水平和管理实践提供测量工具。[方法]遵循量表的跨文化调试原则,对CCSM英文原量表进行跨文化调试;并采用中文版CCSM量表对384名护士进行测试,检验中文版CCSM量表的信效度。[结果]中文版CCSM量表包括5个维度、31个条目,内部一致性信度Cronbach’sα系数为0.976,重测信度为0.963,内容效度(S-CVI)为0.851;探索性因子分析提取5个公因子,累积方差贡献率为73.752%;验证性因子分析显示模型与护士长的安全管理水平适配度良好。[结论]中文版CCSM量表具有良好的信效度,可用于我国护士长安全管理和管理实践水平的测评。Objective:Cross-cultural adjustment and reliability and validity tests on the ConCom Safety Management Scale(CCSM)were carried out to provide measurement tools for evaluating head nurses’safety management level and practice in China.Methods:Following the principle of cross-cultural adjustment of the scale,the English CCSM scale was translated,back-translated and crossculturally debugged.The Chinese version of CCSM was used to test 384 nurses to verify its reliability and validity.Results:The Chinese version of the CCSM scale consisted of 31 entries in 5 dimensions.The internal consistency Cronbach’s a coefficient value was 0.976,and the test-retest reliability was 0.963.The content validity(S-CVI)was 0.851;the exploratory factor analysis extracted 5 common factors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 73.752%.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed the fitness of the model for nurse managers were good.Conclusion:The Chinese version of CCSM scale has good reliability and validity and can be used for the evaluation of the safety management level and practice of head nurses in China.
