摘  要:针对当前制干红枣清洗方式存在红枣皱褶内污物清洗较为困难、耗水量大,损伤红枣、农药残留等问题,设计制作了智能控制双池超声波红枣连续清洗装置,该装置由喷淋初洗池、红枣沥水输送装置、超声精洗池等组成,将喷淋冲洗清洗较大污物的优势与超声清洗高效、高质的优势有机结合起来。对装置清洗效果进行试验,得出超声波精洗池频率为28 kHz、功率为400 W、水温为50 ℃、时间为3 min时,洗净率98.10%,破损率小于0.8%,清洗效率高、清洗质量好。基于浊度计算理论,对装置在红枣清洗过程中各池浊度值的变化进行了计算,从理论上分析了其节水性;对样机耗水进行试验,耗水量明显减少。In view of the problems existing in the current cleaning method of jujube,such as difficult cleaning of the dirt in the jujube wrinkles,large water consumption,damage to jujube,pesticide residues,an intelligent control double-tank ultrasonic jujube continuous cleaning device was designed and manufactured.The device is composed of spray washing tank,jujube leaching water transportation device,ultrasonic cleaning tank and so on.It organically combines the advantages of spray washing in cleaning large dirt and the advantages of high efficiency and high quality in ultrasonic cleaning.By testing the cleaning effect of the device,it was concluded that when the frequency of ultrasonic rinsing tank was 28 kHz,the power was 400 W,the water temperature was 50℃and the time was 3 min,the cleaning rate was 98.10%and the damage rate was less than 0.8%,the cleaning efficiency was high and the cleaning quality was good.Based on the theory of turbidity calculation,the change of turbidity value of each tank in the process of jujube cleaning was calculated.Through this model,the water saving effect was analyzed theoretically.The water consumption experiment of the prototype was carried out,and the results show that the water consumption was obviously reduced.
