摘 要:针对对旋式轴流风机在偏离额定工况点的状态,出现压升和功率不平衡,以及效率严重降低的问题,对风机的两级驱动电机进行了研究。采用变极调速的方式,设计出单绕组双速变极调速电机作为对旋轴流风机前后两级叶轮的驱动电机。根据电机绕组理论,利用对称轴线法设计出6/8极变极绕组型式,对双速变极电机进行有限元仿真分析,结果证明,双速电机在两种极数下电机性能均好。风机可以根据不同工况,调节前后两级叶轮的转速比,使风机始终工作在高效运行区。此外,所设计的单绕组双速电机对比原风机配用的电机降低了一个中心高,制造成本也有所降低。Aiming at the problems of the pressure rise and power imbalance and the problem of serious reduction of efficiency when the contra-rotating axial flow-fan deviates from the rated operating point,the two-stage drive motor of the fan is studied.In this paper,the single winding and double speed motor is designed to drive the impeller of the contra-rotating axial flow-fan.According to motor winding theory,with the method of symmetry axis to design the 6/8 pole winding type.The finite element simulation analysis simulation analysis of the double speed pole motor show that the two-speed motor has good performance in two kinds of poles.The fan can adjust the speed ratio of the impeller according to different working conditions,so as to keep the fan working in efficient operation area.In addition,the design of single winding two-speed motor reduces the height of center and manufacturing costs by comparing the motor with the original fan.
