摘　　要：将超声检测结果和缺陷波形特点进行分类和总结,并通过酸浸检验和断口检验对缺陷性质做出定性判断,验证了超声检测波形特征和白点缺陷的关联性,为通过超声检测手段来监控产品中是否存在白点缺陷提供参考。The ultrasonic test results and defect waveform characteristics have been classified and summarized,and the defect properties are qualitatively judged by acid invasion test and fracture test,and the correlation between ultrasonic test waveform characteristics and white spot defects is verified.It provides a reference for monitoring the existence of white spot defects in the product by means of ultrasonic test.
