摘　　要：《福建法政杂志》是福建法政学堂在1908年创办的专门性法学期刊,至1910年停刊。该杂志是近代中国高校创办的、公开发行的专门性法学期刊的先锋。杂志自发行以来,紧紧围绕着办刊宗旨,设置了较为丰富的栏目,不仅译介了西方法律制度和理论学说,而且刊载了探讨清末修律变法的学术论文。杂志的出版对于开拓读者的国际视野、启蒙读者的法政观念与促进清末法政制度的变革均产生了积极影响。The Fujian Legal and Political School launched the Fujian Law and Politics Magazine,a journal specialized in law science,in 1908,and terminated it in 1910.As a pioneer in specialized law science journals founded by Chinese higher-learning institutes in the modern era and also in public circulation,the magazine had diverse columns.It not only published translated works on western legal systems and theories but also published the academic papers on discussing the law amendments and political reforms in Late Qing Dynasty.The magazine helped broaden the international horizon of readers,imparted rudimentary legal and political knowledge to them,and promoted the changes in Late-Qing legal and political systems.
