分级护理制度在颅脑外伤重症患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察分级护理制度在颅脑外伤重症患者中的应用效果。方法将某院重症监护病房颅脑外伤重症患者96例随机分为常规护理组(48例)和分级护理组(48例),比较两组的神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、临床疗效、感染、压疮发生情况及病死情况、ICU入住时间、治愈时间、住院时间、护理质量等指标。结果分级护理组的NIHSS评分低于常规护理组(P<0.01),临床疗效优于常规护理组(P<0.01),感染发生率低于常规护理组(P<0.05),ICU入住时间、治愈时间、住院时间均短于常规护理组(P<0.01),护理文书、健康教育宣传、专业技能、病房管理与消毒评分均高于常规护理组(P<0.01)。结论重症监护病房应用分级护理制度较常规护理制度更能提高临床护理效能。Objective To investigate the clinical application of hierarchical nursing system for patient with severe craniocerebral trauma in the Intensive Care Unit(ICU).Methods 96 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma in the ICU of the Maoming People’s Hospital were randomly divided into two groups:Conventional Nursing Group(48 cases)and Hierarchical Nursing Group(48 cases).The NIHSS score,clinical efficacy,infection,incidence of pressure sores and mortality,ICU stay time,cure time,hospital stay and nursing quality of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The Hierarchical Nursing Group had the NIHSS score,the infection rate,the ICU stay and the cure time significantly lower than the Conventional Nursing Group(P<0.05 or 0.01),the clinical efficacy superior to the Conventional Nursing Group(P<0.01)and the score of nursing documents,health education and publicity,professional skills,ward management and disinfection significantly higher than the Conventional Nursing Group(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of hierarchical nursing system in the ICU can more effectively improve the clinical nursing efficiency than conventional nursing system.
