摘　　要：针对3台6500m^3鼓风机在安装调试及试运行期中存在转子轴向蹿动大的问题,采用在润滑油去推力瓦入口油道上设计制作专用堵板,以达到轴瓦分解后仍能运行抬轴油泵和润滑油泵的目的,用较小推力就可以准确推动转子轴向蹿动,减小推力间隙,达到机组的规定标准.Three sets of 6500m^3 blower had problems during installation,commissioning and trial run.The rotors occurred big axial shifting.Aiming at this problem,a special blind plate is designed,which is mounted on the inlet pipe of lubricating oil thrust bearing pad.The pumps for shaft lifting and lubrication can keep running after the thrust bearing pad decomposition.The rotor can be accurately pushed to realize axial shifting with small thrust.The thrust clearance is decreased so as to meet the stipulated standard of the unit.
