摘　　要：NG-240/9.8-M3型锅炉原连续排污系统管路、弯管和三通泄漏频次高,采用扩容厚壁小联箱进行替换改造后,成功解决了连排系统泄漏频次高的问题.提升了锅炉的运行效率,达到节能降耗、安全检修、提升效益的目的.The original pipelines,bending pipes and three-way pipes of the drainage system of NG-240/9.8-M3 boiler often leak.After replacing with the capacity expanding thick-wall small header,the problem of high leakage rale is eliminated.The operation efficiency of the boiler is improved to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction,safe maintenance and benefits improving.
