摘 要:为了全面检验武器系统作战使用的可靠性水平,确保其作战效能充分发挥,提出了在作战试验阶段分解可靠性指标,从而综合评价作战能力的思路。首先,在分析作战试验内涵和作战试验评定情况的基础上,依据武器系统典型作战流程,构建了其作战使用的可靠性指标体系,从而多角度、全面地描述了作战能力;其次,针对不同指标类型,给出了对应的常见试验信息收集格式,并明确了对应的处理方法,对武器系统作战使用的可靠性进行了评定。最后,以一种导弹武器系统为例,利用该方法,给出了指标类型和评定结果,进一步说明了研究方法的可行性。研究内容可为武器系统作战试验评定提供一定的技术支撑。In order to overall test operational reliability level of weapon system and make full use of its fighting efficiency,this paper puts forward the research idea which evaluates weapon system operational capability by decomposing reliability indices in bat tle test stage.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing connotation of battle test and assessment of battle test,according to typical weapon sys tem operational processes,reliability index system of operation usage is construted,operational capability is described from multi ple perspectives.Secondly,aimed at different indicators types,corresponding test information collection format is given,the corre sponding processing method is clarified,and weapon system operational reliability is assessed.Finally,taking a missile weapon sys tem as an example,the proposed method is used to give indicators types and assessment result for illustrating the research method feasibility further.The research work can provide technical support for weapon system battle test assessing.
