摘　　要：“三全育人”包括“全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人”,辅导员是贯彻“三全育人”理念的中坚力量,是全员育人中的“凝聚者”,全过程育人中的“守护者”,全方位育人中的“全能者”。新时代背景下,高校辅导员要紧抓“三全育人”“人人、时时、处处”的内涵特征,全面提升自身的履职能力,培养大学生成为社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人。“Three Alls education”refers to a college education that involves all staff,carried out all the way through and featuring all-round development.In carrying out Three Alls education,college advisors play a backbone role;they gather strength from all staff,watch over students all the way through,and are supposed to be a generalist for students'all-round development.In the new era,advisors must grasp the essence of Three Alls education,comprehensively improve their ability to fulfill their responsibilities of producing qualified builders and successors of socialism.
