摘  要:分离纯化某猪场疑似猪链球菌样本,并进行MLST分型,为了解猪场猪链球菌感染情况及防控技术提供参考。克隆16S rRNA基因保守区进行猪链球菌种的鉴定,MLST分型进行猪链球菌序列型分析,小鼠模型进行细菌致病作用评估。分离株LP0907为猪链球菌,MLST序列型为ST638,细菌成链明显,菌体较大,并呈β溶血,生长能力较HA9801更强,但细菌致病作用较低。该猪场存在一种新序列型猪链球菌带菌感染,但分离株致病作用很低,需注意加强管理,减少应激,防止细菌毒力变异。Objective:Suspected samples were isolated and identified with MLST analysis for fully investigation and prevention of Streptococcus suis(S.suis)infection on a swine farm.Methods:Conserved nucleotide domain of 16S rRNA gene was cloned for the identification of S.suis.Sequence typing and virulence evaluation was analyzed by MLST and mouse infection model respectively.Results:S.suis strain LP0907 was successfully isolated and typed asST638.Thisβ-hemolytic strain showed longer bacteria chain,larger agent,highergrowth capability but with lower pathogenicity as compared with reference S.suis strain HA9801.Conclusion:It is necessary to pay attention to strengthening feeding management,reducing stress and avoiding bacterial virulence mutation as the newly ST638 strain has been found on this farm though with low pathogenic effect.
