摘 要:FPGA因其高度灵活性与强大的运算能力被广泛应用于各类通信领域中。USB2.0协议因其高成熟度、高稳定性和广泛性,已成为必备通信接口协议之一。为避免因ATE设备自身限制不可测、测试硬件环境变化或较多人为操作可能引起的测试结果偏差,本文设计了一种基于FPGA的USB2.0接口电路多功能测试系统,以FPGA作为主控制器,结合数字量板卡,通过自设计测试软件,实现了一键式多功能测试,该系统已成功用于某通信电路出厂验证的功能测试中,极大的缩短了测试时间,并且测试覆盖率和可靠性均显著于常规方案。FPGA is widely used in various communication fields due to their high flexibility and powerful computing power.The USB2.0 protocol has become one of the must have communication interface protocols due to its high maturity,high stability and extensiveness.In order to avoid the test result deviation caused by the ATE device's own uncontrollable test,test hardware environment change or more human operation,this paper designs a multi function test system based on FPGA for USB2.0 interface circuit.With FPGA as the main controller,combined with digital board,through the self design test software,one button multi function test system is realized.The system has been successfully used in the functional test for factory verification,which greatly shortens the test time,and the test coverage and reliability are significantly improved in the conventional scheme.
