摘  要:可穿戴设备凭借其使用便捷性优势,在电力系统现场运维中的应用日趋广泛,而通信网是可穿戴设备与控制主站间的连接渠道,可靠、高效的网络通信是可穿戴设备运行的技术保证。文中分析了通信网络对电力系统可穿戴运维设备的影响机理,从而提出时延、误码和中断这3种常见的通信异常对可穿戴设备正常运行的影响函数。在此基础上,引入通信影响因素提出了电力系统运维可穿戴设备可靠性评估方法。该方法已在我国某地区电网实际应用,实践结果表明,其对于提升可穿戴设备运行的可靠性具有显著效益。Due to its convenient advantages,wearable device is widely used in power system operation.The communication network is the connection channel between wearable device and control stations.Reliable and efficient communication network is the technical guarantee for wearable device.This article firstly analyzes the operational mechanism of communication network for power system operations wearable device and proposes the influence functions on three typical communication abnormities concluding the proposed delay,error and abnormal interruption.Then a reliability evaluation method of power system operation wearable device considering communication system influence is put forward.Finally,the practical application of this method in a power grid in a certain region of China is introduced,which shows that this method has significant benefits in improving the operation reliability of wearable devices.
