摘  要:针对传统全桥逆变电源转换效率低的问题,为了提高大功率DC-DC逆变电源的转换效率,利用自适应全桥移相控制器LTC3722,采用了全桥移相技术的软开关(ZVS)替代传统的硬开关和谐振电感实现零电流(ZCS)关断等方法,设计了一个输入直流24~36 V,输出直流400 V、功率2 kW的高效隔离逆变电源。实验测试表明,系统的转换效率可达96%,可广泛应用在新能源汽车、电力储能系统和可再生能源等领域,有一定的应用价值。In order to solve the problem of low conversion efficiency of traditional full bridge inverter power supplies and improve the conversion efficiency of high power DC DC inverter power supplies,the full bridge phase shifting technology soft switching(ZVS),with LTC3722 adaptive full bridge phase shift controller,is used to replace the methods of traditional hard switching and resonant inductors zero current switching and so on,and design a high efficiency isolated inverter power supply with input DC 24 to 36 V,output DC 400 V and power 2 kW.Experiments show that the conversion efficiency of the system can reach 96%,which can be widely used in new energy vehicles,electric energy storage systems and renewable energy,and has certain application value.
