摘  要:基于物联网对矿料处理及输送流程中粉尘扩散程度进行智能化研究,对不同处理阶段的粉尘浓度进行监测、采集及分析,从而确定有效的降尘距离,合理排布雾化降尘装置,达到高效降尘的效果.应用结果显示:该系统具有高效性、准确性、实时性、安全性、响应速度快、绿色环保等优点,很大程度地优化了矿料处理过程的环境,并提高了矿料生产效率,符合建设美丽中国的美好愿望.Based on the Internet of things, the intelligent research on the dust diffusion degree in the ore processing and conveying process is carried out. The dust concentration in different treatment stages is monitored,collected and analyzed, so as to determine the effective dust reduction distance, reasonably arrange the atomization dust control device, and achieve the effect of high efficiency dust control. The application results show that the system has the advantages of high efficiency, accuracy, real time, safety,fast response,green environmental protection and so on. It optimizes the ore processing enviroment to a large extent and submits the ore production efficiency,which is in line with the good wish of building a beautiful China.
