摘 要:基于流体体积函数方法建立了高压绝缘拉杆真空辅助树脂浸润纤维过程的树脂、空气两相流模型,论述了气泡缺陷成因并进行可控工艺参数分析;构建了接近真实的绝缘拉杆单胞细观和微观几何模型,采用有限体积法并通过Fluent软件完成了树脂、空气两相流模型的求解;对单胞细观和微观的树脂、空气两相流动及气泡缺陷进行数值模拟,研究了可控工艺参数与气泡缺陷的关系,并进行工艺参数优化。结果表明:当温度为50℃时,毛细数在0.007~0.008,浸润效果最好。基于数值模拟的工艺参数制备绝缘拉杆,其虹吸实验结果与数值模拟结果相符,验证了本文方法的有效性,可为实际浸润工艺的设计提供参考。On basis of volume of fluid method, two-phase flow model of resin and air was established to describe vacuum assisted resin-impregnated fiber process for high voltage insulated pull rod, and the deformation causes of bubble defects were briefly presented and the controllable technique parameters were analyzed. The meso and micro scale geometric model of one-unit cell close to real insulated pull pod were established, and the two-phase flow model of resin and air was solved by finite volume method using the software Fluent. The resin and air two-phase flow of one-unit in meso and micro and the bubble defects were numerically simulated, the relationship between the controllable technique parameters and bubble defects was studied, and then the technique parameters were optimized. The results show that when the temperature is 50 ℃, and the capillary value is between 0.007 and 0.008, the resin impregnating effect is the best. The siphon experiment results of the insulated pull rod prepared according to the numerical simulation parameters are consistent with the numerical simulation results, which verifies the effectiveness of the method, and can provide reference to actual resin impregnating process.
