同安污水厂改造与扩建工程案例

摘　　要：厦门同安污水厂现状规模为10万m^3/d,现有污水处理工艺的提标改造工程已投入使用,扩建工程建设规模为10万m^3/d。工程主要内容是扩建一条10万m^3/d的生产线。扩建工程采用细格栅+曝气沉砂池、多点进水AAO池、平流沉淀池、中间提升泵房、高效沉淀池、反硝化深床滤池、接触消毒池,实现对高浓度污水的有效处理,出水水质指标执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准,其中BOD5、NH3-N、TN指标执行地表水Ⅳ类标准。文中介绍了污水厂扩建工程的工艺方案、工艺流程、主要设计单元参数,供其他类似工程参考。Present capacity of Xiamen Tong’an WWTP is 100000 m^3/d.Reconstruction project of the existing wastewater treatment process has been put into operation.The main content of the project is to extend a 100000 m^3/d production line.Fine screens and aerated grit chamber,multi-point inflow AAO tank,horizontal sedimentation tank,middle lift pumping station,high efficiency sedimentation tank,denitrification deep bed filter and contact disinfection tank are used to effectively treat high-concentration sewage.All quality indications of the effluent must meet first grade A criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).Among them,BOD5,NH3-N and TN indicators are used to implement Class IV surface water standards.The paper introduces process plan,process flow,main design unit parameters of the WWTP to make reference for other similar projects.
