高效原油脱钙剂在常减压装置的应用

摘　　要：中国石油化工股份有限公司安庆分公司原油脱钙装置,使用江苏太湖新材料控股WTH-2原油高效脱钙剂,装置运行多年,脱水、脱盐效果较为理想,脱盐率基本稳定在75%~93%,WTH-2原油高效脱盐剂添加剂钙比4.5∶1,WTH-2原油高效脱钙剂具备加量小、装备脱钙率较高的等特性。The crude oil decalcification unit of Anqing Branch of China Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.uses wth-2 crude oil high efficiency decalcification agent,which is controlled by Jiangsu Taihu New Material Co.,Ltd.the dehydration and desalting effect of the unit has been ideal for many years,and the desalting rate is basically stable at 75-93%Wth-2 crude oil high efficiency desalting agent additive calcium ratio 4.5∶1,wth-2 crude oil high efficiency desalting agent has the characteristics of small dosage,high equipment decalcification rate and so on.
