摘　　要：党中央一直强调大学生思想政治教育要有针对性和时效性,要注重传承和创新。石油类高校极具行业特色的传统文化资源,石油精神教育对培养青年学生的社会主义核心价值观具有独特的作用。尤其是在当前石油行业就业矛盾突出,思想多元化发展,大学生人生观、价值观正在形成阶段,石油精神教育在石油院校应为充分重视和利用的教育资源和手段。学校在构建大学生思想政治教育体系的同时,应把石油精神教育融入其中,以切实提高大学生思想政治水平,最终达到立德树人、提高人才培养质量的根本目的。The Party Central Committee has always emphasized that the ideological and political education of college students must be targeted and time-effective,and we must pay attention to inheritance and innovation.Petroleum colleges and universities have traditional cultural resources with industry characteristics.Petroleum spirit education has a unique role in cultivating the core values of socialism for young students.Especially in the current petroleum industry,where employment contradictions are prominent,ideological diversification is developing,college students'outlook on life and values are being formed,petroleum spirit education should be an educational resource and means that are fully valued and utilized in petroleum colleges.While constructing the ideological and political education system for college students,the school should incorporate petroleum spirit education into it,so as to effectively improve the ideological and political level of college students,and ultimately achieve the fundamental purpose of establishing morality and improving the quality of talent training.
