摘 要:针对提高抽油机系统效率的问题,结合我国抽油机的使用现状,首先对抽油机运行过程中系统效率的影响因素进行深入分析,在此基础上,提出提高抽油机系统效率的措施,为提高油田的生产效率奠定基础。研究表明:电动机损失功率、参数配置不合理、工作人员操作水平低以及设备腐蚀是影响抽油机系统效率的四大因素,因此,相关企业需要从确定合理的工作制度、提高电动机的系统效率、提高井下抽油泵的运行效率、提高抽油机管理标准、加强设备防腐以及加强工作人员培训六方面入手,采取多项有效措施,全面提高油田的生产效率。Aiming at the problem of improving the efficiency of the pumping unit system,this study combines the current status of the use of pumping units in China.First of all,an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of the system efficiency during the operation of the pumping unit is carried out.Technical measures for the efficiency of engine systems lay the foundation for improving the production efficiency of oil fields.Studies have shown that motor loss of power,irrational parameter configuration,low operating level of staff and equipment corrosion are the four major factors that affect the efficiency of pumping unit systems.Therefore,relevant companies need to determine a reasonable working system,improve the motor system efficiency,Starting from the six aspects of improving the operating efficiency of downhole pumps,improving the management standards of pumping units,strengthening the equipment's anticorrosion,and strengthening staff training,a number of effective measures have been taken to comprehensively improve the production efficiency of oil fields.
