摘　　要：常减压装置是炼油工艺的“龙头”,装置设备的防腐是确保常减压长周期运行的关键环节。实际生产中,常减压三塔H2S含量高,引发HC1-H2S-H2O体系腐蚀。采用TH-AC01常减压中和缓蚀剂控制合适的pH,防腐缓蚀作用明显。Atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is the“leader”of oil refining process.It is very important to do a good job in corrosion prevention and ensure the long-term operation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.In the production,the content of HC1-H2S-H2O and H2S in the third tower of atmospheric and vacuum distillation is relatively high.The purpose of anti-corrosion can be achieved by using th-AC01 atmospheric and vacuum neutralization inhibitor and controlling the appropriate pH value.
