摘  要:某铝用炭材料厂现有2台焙烧炉和4台煅烧炉,烟气中二氧化硫、粉尘、氟化物、焦油等不能满足国家最新的超低排放标准,为此对其进行净化处理,烟气经过净化后二氧化硫、粉尘、氟化物、焦油的排放浓度分别低于35、10、3、10mg/nm3。净化工艺采用半干法脱硫系统,脱硫塔内实现二氧化硫、焦油、氟化物等物质的协同处理;附属低压旋喷布袋除尘器实现粉尘的超净排放。但由于焙烧炉和煅烧炉烟气量和二氧化硫浓度存在大的差异,其中煅烧炉烟气量小但二氧化硫浓度极高,焙烧炉烟气量相较煅烧炉大且二氧化硫浓度低,针对上述情况可采用两种烟气方案:烟气混合后处理和独立处理,就这两种方案进行讨论比较。There are two baking furnaces and incinerating furnaces in a carbon material factory for aluminum.The concentration of sulfur dioxide,dust,fluoride and tar in the flue gas all can’t meet the latest national ultra-low emission standards.Therefore,the flue gas need to be purified.The emission concentration of sulfur dioxide,dust,fluoride and coke oil after purificated is lower than 35,10,3 and 10mg/Nm3 respectively.The semi dry desulfurization system is adopted in the purification process to realize the collaborative treatment of sulfur dioxide,tar,fluoride and other substances in the desulfurization tower,and the auxiliary low-pressure rotary jet bag type dust remover to realize the super clean discharge of dust.However,the difference between the flue gas volume and sulfur dioxide concentration of the baking furnaces and incinerating furnaces is rather great:the flue gas volume of the incinerating furnace is small and the sulfur dioxide concentration is extremely high,and the flue gas volume of the baking furnace is larger than that of the incinerating furnace and the sulfur dioxide concentration is low.In view of the above situation,two flue gas schemes can be adopted:the flue gas mixed post-treatment and the independent treatment.This paper discussed and compared these two schemes.
